NY: Harper & Row, Publishers. VG. 1966. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Stated first edition bound in blue cloth with white spine lettering. P hoto illustrations. A Very Good copy in a VG+ dust jacket. Covers are clean, tight. Inked date on the front fly leaf. There is a slight wave to the lower edges of the first 152 pages, no damage, just a light wa ve as if something had been left inside the book too long. The dust ja cket has a 1" crease at the front panel's upper right corner. Light du st soiling to the rear panel. .
