The first page of text is printed followed by 24 pages of order blanks for the first edition for $2.50 and first limited signed edition for $10. Following this are several hundred blank pages however someone has hand written some personal accounts in ink on the first 59 pages. 8vo. Brown cloth stamped in gilt and blindstamped. Red pictorial endpages. Clean and sharp. no jacket. Fine condition..
