About This Item
A turn-of-the 20th century title bound in soft deer skin. Includes a "Memoir" of the auhtor and poet. Features six epic poems, Contributions to Border Minstrelsy, translations of German Ballads and miscellaneous poems.
Binding is in decent condition with some soiling and rubbing and front cover has a darker section where another book was obviously kept partially on it. Illustrated endpapers could be rebinding evidence. Hinge is tight and pages are clean and bright. Scott portrait as frontispiece. Two or three pages have reader's notes or underlines in pencil or pen.
