About This Item

Washington DC: the Association, 1899. Letter. Five pieces: holograph letter penned by secretary Ramage; a subscription list (blank, ear-marked in red numerals); an "Address" printed dark blue on skyblue stock; a double-sided page of satisfied associates; the enclosing envelope, itself textual with its return address accompanied by enthusiastic instructions printed in bold red largepoint. Envelope bears holograph mailing label, is dirty and torn, a partial cancellation shows "1899". The other items are fine, with fold-lines that allowed enclosure. The lot.
