Toronto: MacMillan, 1961. SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR ON THE FFEP. HARDCOVER 1ST EDITION. An unusual book that documents the history, geology, geography, classical allusions and personal anecdotes related to the seven rivers of Canada: The St. Lawrence, the Mackenzie, the Red, the Saint John, the Ottawa, the Saskatchewan and the Fraser. 170 pages. Binding is very tight and the text is clean. The boards and spine are decorated with a pattern that mimcs that of the jacket. Just is a little faded, in protective mylar. Some tape "ghosts" on FFEP and back FEP.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good.
