Original printed gray wrappers, sm folio (13 x 10 inches). This work details the butterflies and moths of the East Indies now known as island Southeast Asia. Part I covers 10 different lepidopteron groups authored by ten different authorities. Part II covers 2 the Pyralidae by J. T. Janse and the Heterocera by W. H. T. Tams. The text is in French. From the series: Memoires du Musee Royal d'Histoire Naturelle de Belgique. Hors Serie, volume IV, fascicle 6 + 12. Ownership stamps on the front endpaper of each volume; no other markings. Errata sheet for part I is attached to inside of front wrapper.
