London: Edward Moxon & Co., [1866]. . 8vo, green publisher's pebbled cloth, beveled edges, gilt on both covers and spine INSCRIBED on the front free endpaper: "G. R. Chapman, Esq. with kind compliments from Alfred B. Richards Feby 20th 1868" COPAC assigns this printing to 1866, the same year as the Chapman and Hall printing of the same number of pages which is found in 5 copies in OCLC, including the British Library Reference Division which would suggest that their copy is one of two copyright copies, and that the Chapman and Hall edition is, in fact, the first.
