Sante Fe, NM; (1994): Clear Light Publishers. First Edition. Quarto. Inscribed by the author to Bev & Earl [Vance] who owned the famous Ranch Kitchen Restaurant in Farmington, New Mexico on route 66, a close friend of Gorman and contributed two recipes for this book. 129(2)pp., with 55 illustrations and several recipes from all the famous restaurant's Gorman frequented and recipes from the homes of close friends whom he enjoyed dinner with. Bound in salmon paper covered boards lettered in dark blue, light spots of rubbing to spine ends, in unclipped pictorial dust jacket only very slightly rubbed. A lovely copy.
