About This Item
London: Hamish Hamilton, 1962. First UK edition. Hard cover. Precedes the US edition. Unique review copy. 8vo, 272pp. A fine copy in a good, un-price clipped dust jacket that has 2 large chips at the top & bottom of the spine. U.S. publishers' (Houghton Mifflin) presentation slip to reviewer, signed James Sandover(?), affixed to the ffep. Overall, a very nice copy of this unusual review copy, with pencil notations in margins.
