Boston: A. D. Jones. Very Good with No dust jacket as issued. 1853. Single sheet. This rare vintage advertisement is in good collectible condition with dust soiling and a few tiny stains as shown. It is a single sheet 1O by 7 Inches in size. See Photos; Original 1853 vintage advertisement for 4 different Boston Businesses On the first side are two half page ads one for George H. Hale Rubber Goods , the other for William F. Homer China , Glass and Earthen Ware . On the reverse are two half page ads one for Phillips & Moseley Iron and Steel the other is for W. Y. Balch Picture Frame Manufacturer , another very scarce if not rare advertisement. This advertisement was rescued from a damaged copy of the book "Illustrated American Biography" Published By A. D. Jones of New York in 1853. Once again This is a very Scarce Advertisement and very well may be the only one for sale on the web. This classic ad would look great matted and framed and would also make a unique gift.; Engravings .
