About This Item
Akron, OH: Saalfield Publishing, 1930. Hardcover. Collectible; VG-. Fern Bisel Peat. No printing statement, probable first edition (the pictures are sparkling!), folio, illustrated paper-covered boards / rust linen spine, 59 pages, 12 full -page color illustrations. VERY GOOD- condition /no jacket: light rubbing to spine extremities, board edges and corners are just opening, light scratching and faint soiling to rear board, internally clean and tight throughout, all illustrations all present with four of them just starting to pull away from the hinge (though they look as though they were bound in this way), and one has a very tiny tear at the spine tail hinge. A very nice copy of this lovely Peat book.
