Alfred A. Knopf, 1990. Paperback. Near fine/N/A. Signed. Uncorrected proof, signed by the author. One of an unspecified limited number of copies sent to bookstore managers for promotion, as is Knopf's practice for a select group of their best literary authors. Printed white wraps with green ink in green card slipcase with white lettering. A bright, clean copy with author's signature on first free paper. Binding is firm, some slight wrinkling to spine ends. Slipcase has wear and chipping to corners and edges.
Synopsis
Rabbit at Rest is a 1990 novel by John Updike. It is the fourth and final novel in a series beginning with Rabbit, Run, Rabbit Redux, and Rabbit is Rich. There is also a related 2001 novella, Rabbit Remembered. The novel won the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 1991, the second "Rabbit" novel to garner the award.
