London, UK: Augener, 1925. Hardcover. Fair. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. Undated but likely circa 1925. Quarter bound in olive cloth over green cloth. 82pp, with musical scores, tissue-guarded plate portrait frontispiece. Small folio. Boards a little worn, gently rubbed on edges, rounded on corners and spine tips. Endpapers a little toned, previous owner's name, dated 1927, on front free endpaper; some old tape repairs to a couple of gutters. Carefully revised and supplemented with instructive annotations by Theodore Kullak.
