London; Watkins Publishing, 1976., 1976. Hard Cover. Seventh Impression. Octavo, pp. [8], 373-777, [1]. Publishers' midnight blue cloth with gilt titles to spine in unclipped printed orange and yellow dust-jacket. Spine tips a little creased; contents clean and crisp, with bookseller's pencil code to rfep and slight foxing to textblock edge. Jacket slightly spine sunned, with nicks & creases at spine tips and remains of price sticker to front flap. A Very Good copy in like jacket. Second volume of the five volume series, the standard work on the subject. Nicoll was a pioneer of British psychological medicine who studied the inner meaning of Christian ideas.
