Reprint of the second Edition, originally published in 1925 (Volume 1) and 1927 (volumes 2 and 3). ---- Volume 1. xlvi, 674pp. - Volume 2. xxxi, 742pp. - Volume 3. viii, 491pp. A very clean and fresh set, finely bound in recent half dark green Morocco leather. Spine with five raised bands, the compartments with centre decorations, ruled lines and lettering in gilt. Marbled paper on the boards. Plain off-white endpapers. An attractive leather bound copy. ----- Originally published in 1910, 1912 and 1913, the second edition appeared in 1925 and 1927 with a new introduction and three appendices.
