Allen's name showing his birth and death dates, his age in years, months and days. Other ministers include: Oral Roberts, C.w. Burpo, Rev. Ike, Carl McIntire, Kathryn Kuhlman, Billy James Hargis, The Armstrongs, Billy Graham. DJ glossy black, color-illustration of a hand and microphone with list of preachers on front. DJ has slight wear and tiny tears and nick to most edges. Near Good DJ/Near Very Fine book.
