About This Item
London: Herbert Jenkins, 1938. Some creasing and tears to the top edge of unclipped dustwrapper, with some bits missing at the top quarter-inch of front panel. Some minor bumping to spine ends and corners of red boards, and the top left-hand side of front board has some fading, but black titles on spine and front are all still clear. Otherwise a good clean tight copy of this hard-cover book looking at rough shooting (of wildfowl, snipe, woodcock, grouse, etc) in the western counties of Ireland as of the 1930s. 155pp, 8 b&w illustrations.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Fair. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
