About This Item
A collection of poetry by Canadian poet Michael Dennis, who was a key figure in the poetry scene in Ottawa in the 1980s. His poems appeared in over seven hundred publications, and he published a number of poetry collections as well as performing often in Ottawa alongside other fixtures of the 1980s Ottawa poetry scene. This particular collection is of interest as it was the first one published by Not One Cent of Subsidy Press, and is made up of poems written while Dennis was in the window of the Avenue Bookshop in Ottawa. This volume is in Very Good condition, with some scuffing to the edges of the spine and the corners.
