James Nisbet and Co. Ltd., 1111. Hardcover. Acceptable. No Edition Remarks. 379 pages. No dust jacket. Blue embossed cloth with gilt lettering. Black and white illustrated frontispiece. Black and white illustrations throughout. Prize plate to front pastedown. Light scuffing, thumb-marking and tanning to pages; heavier to pastedowns and free endpapers. Hinges are visibly cracked with netting exposed but boards remain attached. Page binding remains firm. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has moderate tanning with soft crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear.
