About This Item

New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1910. Very Good +. New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1910. Reprint with fewer plates and 1910 date to title page. Octavo. 126 pp. 16 color plates by Rackham with tissue guards, complete. Green cloth stamped in gilt with color plate pasted to front cover. Dark topstain and light green endpapers with no map. No dust jacket.

Boards show light edgewear and very faint staining. Binding is sound. Previous owner's signature to rear free endpaper, but overall pages clean and unmarked.

Aligns with Riall's American Edition of 1913, though here with 1910 date on title page. Overall an attractive and sturdy copy.

[Riall pp. 105-106].
