A part of the Connecticut State Library for 120 years. "Extracts From the Message of Governor John J. Bagley with Official Reports and Documents". Thirteen different reports on the laws, with untold numbers of facts and figures, of the State of Michigan. Several hundred pages. Reports include: State Prison, Reform School, County Jails, Insane - Deaf - Dumb & Blind, etc. Library stickers inside both covers, numbers written at base of spine, otherwise unmarked.
