Thirteen different reports on the laws, with untold numbers of facts and figures, of the State of Michigan. Several hundred pages. Reports include: State Prison, Reform School, County Jails, Insane - Deaf - Dumb & Blind, etc. Library stickers inside both covers, numbers written at base of spine, otherwise unmarked.
