Hardcover. 1816, 1st Edition, 1st Printing, 8vo (14 cm x 22 cm) , [iv] 468pp. , Original 3/4 Vellum Binding Over Marble Boards, Gilt Rules and Black Spine Label. In Very Good+ condition with a strong spine showing no cracking or splitting, strong hinges showing no separation or starting, and no annotations, or mold. Vellum spine shows shows age discoloration; 1 cm crack at the top edge of the front hinge, which in no way compromises the boards; bumping and rubbing to the corners and edges; foxing throughout, but no must. Armorial Bookplate of Francis C. Crossle, M. B. On front Paste-down; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 468 pages .
