Red slipcase in Good+ condition and has water damage (?) to end and edges, corners are rubbed and torn, some fading. Red page edges. Interior is lightly browning, otherwise tight. Book in VG- condition.. Buckram. Very Good-/Slipcase. Illus. by Illustrated by Maynard Dixon. Size: Approx. 6 1/4" x 9 1/2". Expedition.

Synopsis

On April 28, 1846, Francis Parkman left Saint Louis on his first expedition west. The Oregon Trail documents his adventures in the wilderness, sheds light on America's westward expansion, and celebrates the American spirit.
