London: Collins, 1960. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8 x 5.5. The interior of the book is crisp and clean, with a gift inscription dated 1961 on the front free end paper. The page edges are dusted. he dark blue covers are also in very good condition with just minor wear at tips and corners. The gold spine lettering has dulled. The dust jacket is not price-clipped, and has very light edgewear overall, with light soiling and one chip to the back panel. A nice copy of this novel set in New Guinea during W.W. II.
