New York: Thomas Nelson & Sons, 1942. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. The interior of the book is crisp and clean. Occasional words in the text have been blacked out, but since a number of ABE copies share the same flaw this was probably done by official censors, rather than by a previous owner. The illustrated covers and blue backstrip, which have been protected by the dust jacket, are in excellent conditon, with just a few signs of wear. The dust jacket is also in very good condition, with unfaded colour and light wear, but no chips or missing paper. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. A very nice copy. The attached scan of the jacket gives a better idea of condition. Contents: 1. Fighter history. -- 2. British fighters. -- 3. American fighter design. -- 4. Enemy planes. -- 5.
