Condition is Near Fine, marred only by very light dampstain to bottom inner corner near spine, creating a .5"-1" half-moon shape to outside bottom page edges & very faint inside stain, same place. Otherwise, completely clean & bright, pages white, binding strong & straight. Pages white, NO writing, highlighting, or underlining; not ex-lib. The unclipped DJ is downgraded to Near Fine as well due to two small rubbed spots, 1 at upper & 1 at lower spine. No other wear, no fading or chips or tears.
