This book first introduced reboux to American audiences. He was born in Paris where his mother was famous in the world of fashion. In 1923 he became literary director of PARIS-SOIR. A collection of varied recipes written in the French way without the ingredients set forward and allowing the home cook ample room for culinary experimentation.
