Paris: Ancienne Maison Quantin, Librairies-Imprimeries Réunies. Very Good+. ca 1896. First Edition. Hardcover. Original blue cloth with bright gilt decoration & lettering. Hinges and text are tight & intact. Illustrated with 100 full-page photographic typogravures. (xiv, 384pp) . Text somewhat age toned; plates bright & clean. Owner's pencil inscription on front endpaper "CS Schultz, Hotel Le Empire, Paris 1896" & an occasional pencil note in margins. Charles S. Schultz was a 19th century financeer & world traveller from Montclair, N. J. Also, a Sept. 26 1894 program from "Theatre National De Opera" featuring Faust laid-in. Art; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 384 pages .
