Hutchinson & Co, 1952. Hardcover. Good. 1952. First Edition. 590 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth with gilt lettering. Clean pages with mild tanning and foxing throughout. Tightly bound with faint thumb-marking throughout. Small crack upper front hinge. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Mild droplets to upper text block edge. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and mild marking to boards. Mild tanning to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing to ends.
