Toronto: Musson, 1940. Later printing. Hardcover. Very Good/fair. 327 p. incl. index. HC, VG in fair DJ, considerable edgewear and chipping. John Buchan (Lord Tweedsmuir) was a prolific writer of fictin, poetry, history, including "The Thirty-nine Steps" . He was Governor-General of Caada from 1935-1940, dying shortly before his term was to end. His momoir was published posthumpusly.
