Newark, NJ: Biblioteca de L'Adunata dei Refrattari, 1930. Hardcover. 232, [3]p., cloth bound, lacking original wraps, very good condition. Collection of biographical profiles, mostly of anarchists, but also including Woodrow Wilson and V.I. Lenin. Galleani, a leading Italian American anarchist (Sacco & Vanzetti were in his group), was deported from the US in 1919. His group's paper, Cronaca Sovversiva, was suppressed by the US government. His group was one of the few anarchist groups to advocate and carry out bombings.
