Binding is firm. Previous owner's inscriptions to front free endpaper. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and crushing to ends. Gilt remains bright. Heavy rubbing and scuffing overall. Boards are noticeably bowed. Clipped jacket. Visible water staining to rear panel. Moderate edgewear, with noticeable chipping, tearing and creasing, and slight loss to spine ends. Sticker to rear panel also.
