Baltimore: John Hopkins Press, 1911. First edition. 8vo, 622pp. 97 plates, 15 text figures. Original green cloth, gilt titling to front board and spine. Titling dull on spine, head and foot of spine lightly frayed, binding a little shaken, bookplate to front pastedown. Overall a good copy.
