About This Item
Peter Owen, London, 1972, First Edition, 8vo., 220 p.
Binding is clean & fresh. One bumped corner along with some very small "dents" along extremities and on front and reverse. Foxing on p. 128 and on its opposite plate at bottom. Otherwise the internals are clean and in fine shape. Unclipped jacket has mildly faded spine and some staining/discoloration along the spine fold. A 8 mm tear to jacket reverse at top and a 10 mm tear at rear flap fold (top) plus a 5 mm "hole" also along the rff. That and a stray black mark on spine with general wear at spine cap/tail (no loss) is the sum total of remarkable deficits. Overall, a suitable, serviceable, solid Very Good copy.
