Clark, Edinburgh,1886, 201pp 12mo (approx 4.5 x 7) , in a Signed Fine-Binding by Root & Sons. Full Burgundy Moroccan Leather Binding with Gilt Borders, 5 Raised Bands with Gilt Decorated Compartments, author, title & printing year. Interior and exterior dentelles, and unique marble end-paper design. Very Good+++ condition with a strong spine showing no cracking or starting, strong hinges showing no splitting or separation, firm corners and end-caps. Outer covers and edges show some general rubbing and edge-wear, light rubbing to corners, but no bumping, extremely light chipping to the very edge of the head of the spine, but no significant of compromising loss. All in all an exquisite example. More images available upon request. ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 201 pages .
