Provenance: formally Larry McMurtry's copy with his ownership signature penciled on the upper corner of the front-free endpage and dated 1965. Cloth spine ends crimped and rubbed, corners worn and slightly bruised, and toning to upper cover margins and the front endpaper, else book in fine condition.
