Condition is downgraded to VG because it is an ex-lib copy, but with very minimal stamps & markings in front matter only. The paper covering the spine had torn & been reglued, outlines of tear still visible, but secure; corners are bumped. ALL of the interactive pop-ups & pull-tabs function perfectly; all documents present, most seem to have been never removed from their envelopes!
