Fair. - Large octavo [approximately 10 inches high by 7 inches wide], softcover bound in printed tan wrappers with an illustration in blue & white mounted on the front wrap. The spine is perished. The wraps are darkened, bumped & chipped with a few small stains. The lower half of the front wrap is detached. vii, [i] & 195 pages. Numerous black-and-white illustrations. The text block is shaken and nearly disbound. Fair working copy, well worth binding. <p>Scarce first edition.<p>The last chapter of the text, which is in Italian, is about cowboys riding bulls and horses.
