N.Y.: Oscar Baradinsky at the Alicat Book Shop. Fine. 1946. Limited Edition. Softcover. One of 750 copies. No. 5 of the "Outcast" Series of Chapbooks. 36 pp.; 8vo; printed, stapled white wrappers. Hint of browning at edges. Fraenkel was one of the self-exiled American expatriates who moved to France following WWI. There he met Henry Miller, and Walter Lowenfels, with whom he founded Carrefour Press, a voice for the short lived "anonymous" movement based on the idea of total anonymity in the arts. .
