Huntington, IN: A. J. Hoover Printing Company, 1902. Octavo (8.75 x 6.5), 302 pages with 51 interleaved pages of monochrome photographs. Hardcover in gold-stamped green cloth binding, a bit shelf-worn o the edges. interior is clean, with very minimal toning.
Thomas Lancaster emigrated from England to Bucks County, PA in May or June 1711-12 at the age of nine. Ann Chapman, a Friends' Society minister from Bucks County who had traveled to England on a gospel journey, brought him back with her on her return. This volume traces his descendants until its 1902 publication.
Historic alternate spelling of family name is LANCASHIRE. Other family names prominently mentioned include: FOULKE, MC CARTY, MURPHEY.
