This is the printed cover page from The Sphere dated June 7th 1913 and is taken from Matania's personal archives. The scene depicts King George V's birthday hosted by the Prime Minister at the India Office. The Prime Minister, The Lord Chancellor and the Duke of Connaught are on their way to supper in the Council Chamber. This art features as Fig. 103 in the book The Art of Fortunino Matania: catalogue of original art & prints.
