The biography of Ken Couling, (1906-1991), written by his wife Monica. Ken was a clothing manufacturer, a war-time RAF pilot and, after the war, ran an aircraft hiring business. The book includes the 271 letters he wrote to his wife between 1943 and 1946. Lean to spine; minor spotting to edges; minor bumping to covers; d/w has slight sunning to spine; else a very good copy, in a very good d/w, of a UNIQUE FIRST EDITION PRESENTATION COPY SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR.
