One of only 250 hardcover copies of this superior collection formed by Harry Valentine, it lists 700 items by, about, and related to John Steinbeck, this was issued in September 1980 by Brad Morrow as his Catalogue Eight, it is a great companion to the Goldstone & Payne bibliography, the catalogue includes a foreword by John R. Payne, Morrow eventually left the rare book business and became a poet and novelist in New York City, this copy is inscribed by Harry Valentine to noted Steinbeck scholar, Robert DeMott ("Given in friendship/To Robert DeMott/Harry Valentine"). Fine.
