The Folio Society, London, 2005. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. Lydbury, Jane (Engravings by). 438 pages (complete). A shiveringly beautiful copy of this Folio edition. Quarter leather, decorated cloth boards. The book is housed in a plum coloured board slipcase (a little worn about the edges from shelving). The red leather spine is most handsome and healthy. The boards are chic, elegant. The contents are in immaculate condition. Most beautifully illustrated by Jane Lydbury. The pages are fresh, clean, luxe, smooth, clean, clear, generous, beyond pleasing - as if brand new throughout! Please note that due to the weight of the book, should the book need be posted outside of South Africa, extra postage charges may be required. fk.
