New York: Random House, 1952. Fireside Theater Book Club . Gray Cloth. Very Good+/Good+. Prev. owner's unique bookplate inside front cover, otherwise unmarked and in exceptional condition. Jacket lightly soiled, spine a bit yellowed. An amusing play based upon a story by W. Somerset Maugham and presented at the Coronet Theatre in NYC on Feb 1, 1953. The cast included Basil Rathbone and Edna Best. Illus with several B&W photos from the stage production, one of which is signed by Ms. Best.
