New York, New York: The John Day Company, 1929. Hardcover. Fair (Ex-lib., label at spine, inside front cover, at rear cover, inkstamping at bottom edge of pages. Light wear to cloth. Corners bumped. Title page has two large tears. Some pages coming loose but are present. Pages rather clean.). Black cloth, with gilt titling at spine and front cover; 330 pp.; 217 illustrations, mostly bw but a few in color. A wonderful reference on the Commedia dell' Arte. Not the nicest copy, but the pages are rather clean.
