The front cover is ugly due to being covered in abrasions and brown paper remnants. Inscription dated 1912 to ffep. Heavy foxing to pastedowns and feps. Light scattered foxing to other page margins but really quite clean internally. Crease to Douglas Bay panoramic fold-out. Page 99 and Appendix detached but extant. Other pages secure. Wonderful plates and advertisements. 99pp plus Appendix. Very scarce..
