Sequel to The Awakening of Helena Richie about a hard-headed and eccentric businesswoman. 478 pages. Moderate wear, especially to ends and corners, ex-library with card pocket, rear hinge cracked. Deland, born 1857, was an American novelist and short story writer whose works are often set in the town of 'Old Chester,' Pennsylvania. Taylor, 1874-1921, was an artist who worked mainly in charcoal in an impressionist style.
