Hardback, illustrated, published by Irish Naturalists' Journal Committee, Belfast, iv + 288 pages + viii.
Measures around 10 1/2" by 7 1/4" by 7/8". Black cloth binding, faded lettering to spine. Some discolouration to spine and boards. Scuffing and a little marking, signs of shelf-wear, slightly bumped corners. Book has forward tilt. Binding reasonably firm, a little cracking of textblock towards inner hinges. Page edges browned, scuffed and a little tanned. Previous owner name written on verso of front free endpaper, the occasional mark to page surfaces but otherwise clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
