FIRST EDITION (1925), 155 x 103 mm, 6¼ x 4½ inches, PUBLISHER'S DELUXE BINDING in rust brown suede (reverse calf), gilt title and gilt vignette of fairy riding a butterfly on upper cover, spine plain, top edges gilt. 42 pages, 6 very pretty mounted colour plates, all featuring fairies, title vignette and 21 illustrations in blue in the blue text which has decorative border. A couple of slight indentations to upper cover, a few very faint fox spots to endpapers, 6 blue line illustrations neatly water coloured, tiny corner crease to 1 plate. A very good copy, uncommon in the deluxe binding. MORE IMAGES ATTACHED TO THIS LISTING, ALL ZOOMABLE. FURTHER IMAGES ON REQUEST. POSTAGE AT COST.
